Author's Note
Why did this journal come into being?
I designed this journal to reach as many people as I can.
I have been blessed by many humble souls who guided me at the right time and nudged me forward when I felt stuck. This is my way of sharing that knowledge and wisdom.
I believe this journal will guide people to set new goals and milestones while ensuring that they are moving forward consistently. It will help them realize if they are stuck, what is holding them back, and what and who really matters to them.
The Book
In this journal, I have lightly touched upon a few topics that I feel are important to address in the journey of our life. These questions are very important questions, as they will not only remind you of what is important, but also nudge you to think deeper.
I have put it into four broad chapters that will guide you towards realizing your dreams.

You need not follow it in sequence, if that is not your style. Every segment or activity is designed to analyze and enhance a certain part of your life. Just remember that this is your journey, there is no right or wrong answer. It is your journey of connecting with yourself, knowing yourself better and being your best version.
